Between the 12th and 27th of July, I will be cycling 1050 miles across the UK from Lands End to John O'Groats with a group put together by 'Bike the UK for MS'. This charity raises awareness and funds to both improve research into MS and to support sufferers and their carers. This blog is where I will be recording this adventure, hopefully with plenty of pretty pictures of the various parts of England, Scotland and Wales that I visit.

Day 0
After an early (6 am) start and a train that seemed to take forever, I made it to Penzance by 12 and then taxied on the Lands End for lunch. Then spent the afternoon meeting the team and learning how the trip is gonna work. Finished the afternoon off with a walk to see the beautiful Cornish countryside and making a start at my sunglasses tan-line. This evening calls for a pub dinner and an early night before the big off tomorrow!
